All products available at The Luxe Lens are formatted as digital downloads. Refunds are available to individuals who have not downloaded their purchase. Unfortunately, once a digital purchase download has been initiated, it cannot be returned. Thus, it cannot be refunded. This return policy includes requests associated with not having compatible software to use a purchase.
