How to Unzip a File on Desktop

Desktop PC:

Right-click on the downloaded folder and then click “extract all”.

Desktop MAC:

Double-click on the downloaded folder and your computer will automatically extract all. Some newer PCs and MACs will automatically unzip your files immediately following your download. This is what a file looks like when it's unzipped:

How to Unzip a File on Mobile

iOS system, such as iPhone or iPad

  1. You’ll need iOS 11 or later to unzip files using this method. Update the iOS on your device if needed.

  2. Download the zipped file from www.theluxelens.com using the Safari browser

  3. When you receive the zipped file from your download email, your iPhone or iPad will offer to open these files inThe Files app. To do so, simply selectOpen in Files.

  4. Then, save your downloaded file to a Cloud drive (i.e. iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Note, you can also save the files directly on your phone, but this method will decrease storage space on your device. To save your downloaded file, first select the preferred location, and then select Add.

 

 

Android or Chrome Tablet

  1. Download the Google app, Files by Google (formerly known as Files Go)

  2. Download the zipped file from www.theluxelens.com using the Google browser.

  3. Select the downloaded, zipped file within your downloads folderand extract the file.
